How to Refer a Client to Quest
If you identify as someone who works with a social service agency, a community-serving charity or non-profit, a church or if you are employed as a social worker, doctor, nurse, teacher, principle or other professional or organization whose mission is to support and lift up individuals facing economic barriers, you are in a position to refer clients to Quest.
As a reminder, neither you nor the client receives confirmation emails. Clients may go to the selected store to pick up their client cards 48 business hours after the application has been submitted.
