RECIPE: PIZZA ORTOLANA
(VEGGIE PIZZA)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Daiya gluten-free pizza crust (keep frozen until use)
- ½ cup pizza sauce (tomato or preferred)
- 1 cup shredded cheese — use Daiya plant-based for a vegan option
- 1 cup assorted vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini)
- Optional: drizzle of olive oil, fresh basil or oregano, red pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven
◦ Set oven to 425°F. -
Prepare the crust
◦ For best results, prebake the gluten-free crust for 3–5 minutes. -
Add toppings
◦ Shredded cheese (use Daiya plant-based for vegan option)
◦ Layer with vegetables of your choice. -
Bake the pizza
◦ Return to oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden. -
Finish & serve
◦ Garnish with fresh basil or oregano.
◦ Slice and enjoy warm!

A ready-to-bake crust made with gluten-free flours and starches, olive oil, and yeast. Packaged in a facility that also handles wheat, gluten, and tree nuts.
Ingredients: Water, potato starch, rice flour, millet flour, tapioca starch, olive oil, yeast, sugar, psyllium, hypromellose, salt, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, maltodextrin.
Keep frozen and use within 6 months of the packing date. For best freshness, enjoy as soon as possible.
